Ina McGuinness

Senior Vice President

Ina McGuinness has more than 15 years' investor relations and corporate communications experience and several years of Wall Street experience in the brokerage and asset management industries. Most recently, she was Vice President, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations at Tercica, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRCA), a biotechnology company focused on endocrinology. She also served as the Director of Investor Relations at QAD, Inc., (Nasdaq: QADI), an ERP and supply chain management company. Ina also ran the West Coast IR department for two of the country's largest public relations firms: Ketchum and Edelman. Earlier, after working at Wells Fargo Investment Advisors (now BZW Global Masterworks), she took a post as a reporter and research analyst for the Investor Responsibility Research Center (IRRC) in Washington, D.C. (the predecessor company to Institutional Shareholder Services or ISS) where her research on corporate governance issues and proxy contests were widely read by the pension fund community. Ina's clean tech clients include: Clean Energy Fuels (natural gas for transportation), Pure Biofuels (biodiesel production), Kreido Biofuels (biodiesel production), PerfectEnergy (solar), Green Earth Technology (biodegradable motor oil and consumer performance products) and Sionix (waste water treatment technology). Ina received her BS in Business Administration in Accounting from Southeast Missouri State University.
