James joined ICR in 2000 and currently focuses on the defense and homeland security industries as well as soft-good manufacturing. James joined ICR after seven years as an analyst in the apparel and footwear manufacturing and specialty retailing sectors. After serving for four years on a top-ranked Institutional Investor team at Salomon Smith Barney, James served as senior vice president and analyst for Ladenburg Thalmann and Needham & Co.
