Michael joined ICR in 2013 as a Senior Vice President covering industrials. He has extensive knowledge of investor communications from working with a wide range of industrial technology segments, including auto tech, A&D technology, specialty chemicals, and industrial technology. Michael’s senior level capital markets experience and deep sector knowledge have helped clients to differentiate their investment case against their peer group and distill complex industrial technologies into an actionable thesis within the investment community.

Michael has nearly 15 years of experience across multiple financial disciplines, including corporate finance, and on Wall Street as both a buy- and sell-side analyst. While on the sell-side, Michael was the top-ranked aerospace and defense analyst by The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Starmine. He has assisted clients in navigating a range of complex situations, including IPO’s, shareholder activism, and ongoing investor communication issues.

Prior to his Wall Street career, Michael developed a strong industrial and manufacturing background, holding a variety of financial positions for Navistar International Corp.
