Provide direct support for Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, Senior Associates, Managing Directors and Senior leaders
Create, update and maintain detailed financial models on our clients
Track and report on our client’s competitor/peer business developments and financial results
Prepare reports and analysis for client outlining investor feedback, financial results, stock price performance, changes to institutional shareholder base
Assist with the creation and preparation of capital markets review books that we prepare for each of our clients on a quarterly basis
Develop and manage relationships with current analysts and institutional investors
Develop and manage timeline for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and other major events
Develop client marketing materials, including corporate press releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, and IR website content
Participate in the quarter review and preparation process, including due diligence calls with management, drafting earnings releases, conference call scripts and Q/A documents
Clerical and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to travel arrangements and organizing and maintaining file storage
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Communications, Business or a related field; B.A. in Science/ Health Sciences preferred
At least one year of relevant work experience or substantial internships during college
