ICR, one of the most respected and fastest growing corporate communications firms, is looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing Analyst to join our new Growth Marketing practice, an innovative practice redefining the B2B GTM playbook. The Growth Marketing practice builds end-to-end growth strategies for high-growth technology companies to help them systematically create a repeatable, predictable revenue engine efficiently. We are looking for someone who will help us build world-class analytics capabilities to allow us to take a data-lead approach to serve clients.

You will support creating a data-first approach for growth for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the impact of our integrated campaigns, measuring end-to-end marketing funnel performance, producing dashboards to monitor our critical metrics and programs, and performing advanced analyses to optimize marketing performance for business operation, planning, and budgeting purposes.

You will play a critical role in spearheading and shaping how analytics will be used to grow and optimize our clients’ growth strategies. You will work closely with the SVP and VP of Growth Strategy to connect tactics to results and inform future activities, as well as partner with client Product and Sales analytics teams to build predictive models that help drive growth.

You rely on the numbers to unlock systematic growth for companies and help clients build a modern data-lead revenue engine in-line with the way today’s B2B customers buy.

You’ll be advising a diverse lineup of leading high-growth tech companies across ICR’s key verticals, focusing on helping ICR always lead the conversation with data to inform recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to distill data effectively to tell a clear narrative and make a business case
  • Proficient in data analysis and data visualization with the ability to create executive as well as operating team dashboards. Work with the team to build dashboards to regularly monitor experiments, KPIs, and other key metrics
  • Partner with the Leadership team to develop data-driven go-to-market strategies and implement operational improvements across the organization to drive revenue growth
  • Own all growth analytics and our quantitative growth model tied to spend
  • Build a culture of and infrastructure for experimentation and data inspection across clients
  • Implement best practices for testing frameworks and reporting methodology
  • A history of building systems
  • Run frequent analyses to uncover insights on sales productivity and new revenue opportunities
  • Build scalable processes and tools that drive predictable revenue growth
  • Analyze funnel metrics to develop insights our clients’ sales pipeline and the efficacy for their business development efforts
  • Ruthlessly prioritize selecting and retaining third-party tools for clients for current use cases that will scale as our clients grow
  • Work cross-functionally with client teams including customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and help clients centralize information across the entire client lifecycle
  • Manage dashboards with key KPIs and build revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health, compensation attainment and goals

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in using data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making, preferably working directly with business leaders and wider marketing teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate data-related concepts and results for leadership and less technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating dashboards and visualizations in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, Periscope, Microsoft Power BI, etc.
  • Ability to start, own, and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, including setting goals/OKRs
  • A clear understanding and demonstrable experience in experimentation design and process development, including comfort with A/B testing and cohort analysis.
  • Proficient with marketing analytics metrics and tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, Marketing automation tools, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, Optimizely
  • SaaS experience is a big advantage for this role
  • Familiar with data challenges and adept at overcoming them
  • Excited about discovering and delivering insights to the marketing team that will drive growth and increased rate of adoption
  • Prior experience working with or within marketing teams
  • Analytical, evidence-based, able to understand and utilize data from multiple sources to formulate reports and presentations that communicate marketing insights
  • Deep understanding of demand generation, revenue attribution, and customer lifecycle
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing measurement and reporting
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining, implementing and maintaining reports and analytics to track lead flow, conversion revenue attribution and related KPIs.
  • Critical thinker, you don’t take directives at face value, you consider the task at hand, offering constructive feedback to improve processes
  • Collaborative and friendly, and comfortable working in a remote environment
