Westwicke, the largest healthcare investor relations consultancy in the country and ICR, a leading full-service communications firm is looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Senior Associate to join their Healthcare team. ICR and Westwicke provide integrated communications services and independent capital markets advice to small and mid-cap companies in the life sciences, healthcare services, healthcare information technology, medical technology and diagnostics sectors.


  • Develop client marketing materials, including corporate press releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, and IR website content
  • Develop and manage relationships with current analysts and institutional investors by taking the lead on all inbound investor inquiries
  • Track and report on our client’s competitor/peer business developments and financial results
  • Develop and manage timeline for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and other major events
  • Create, update and maintain detailed financial models on our clients
  • Lead in the development of pitches by maintaining and updating materials
  • Prepare reports and analysis for client outlining investor feedback, financial results, stock price performance, changes to institutional shareholder base
  • Assist with the creation and preparation of capital markets review books that we prepare for each of our clients on a quarterly basis
  • Provide direct support for Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and the Head of the IR Healthcare Group
  • Participate in the quarter review and preparation process, including due diligence calls with management, drafting earnings releases, conference call scripts and Q/A documents
  • General account and team upkeep including organizing and maintaining file storage


  • 2-3 years of Investor Relations experience
  • Ability to work in a team environment strong responsiveness
  • Excellent interpersonal & verbal / written communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone and e-mail communication
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • MBA and/or CFA a plus

Compensation Range: $70,000 – $100,000
