Westwicke, the largest healthcare investor relations consultancy in the country, and ICR, a leading full-service communications firm is looking for a highly motivated Investor Relations Vice President to join their Healthcare team. ICR and Westwicke provide integrated communications services and independent capital markets advice to small and mid-cap companies in the life sciences, healthcare services, healthcare information technology, medical technology and diagnostics sectors.


  • Develop marketing materials, including corporate press releases, letters to shareholders, investor fact sheets, and IR website content
  • Manage and actively develop relationships with sell-side analysts and institutional investors
  • Build new relationships with potential analysts and target new institutional investors
  • Develop and manage strong relationships with clients’ senior management teams; and maintain familiarity with clients’ businesses and competition
  • Create and prepare key messages, refine and refresh investor presentation materials for senior management
  • Interact with senior company executives to prepare for quarterly earnings calls, including drafting earnings releases, conference call scripts, management Q&A preparation, and investor feedback
  • Track and report on competitive landscape and peer business development / financial results
  • Prepare reports and analysis for client pertaining to investor feedback, financial results, stock price performance, and changes to institutional shareholder base
  • Develop and manage strategy for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows and other investor-focused events
  • Assist with business development initiatives


  • Minimum of 5 years capital markets experience in healthcare
  • S. or B.A. in Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications or a related field
  • Knowledge of analyst modeling and basic understanding of balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision
  • Great team player; able to work in cross-cultural/cross-functional teams
