Alicia Ritcey

Senior Vice President

Alicia Ritcey joined ICR Inc. in 2020 as Vice President of Governance Solutions. In this role, she supports the advisory services for boards and management on governance issues such as shareholder proxy voting, activism defense, shareholder engagement and outreach, and corporate disclosure of environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices.

Prior to joining ICR, Alicia was an ESG Data Specialist with Bloomberg LP’s Global Data team, leveraging ESG data for product development. Previously, she worked as a reporter / editor at Bloomberg News, covering executive compensation, corporate governance and sustainable finance, and creating the Bloomberg Pay function. Alicia also worked directly on shareholder advisory services at Glass Lewis & Co., managing a small team of researchers providing vote recommendations for institutional shareholders, covering U.S. and Canadian public issuers.

Alicia holds a Master’s of Environmental Studies from Queen’s University (Canada), and a BA double major in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Victoria (Canada). She currently lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two cats.
