Clay joined ICR in late 2021 after nearly 15 years in sell-side equity research and investment banking. Focused primarily on the consumer sector, he brings deep analytical and transactional expertise to the Better Living investor relations group.
Prior to joining ICR, Clay was in equity research at Guggenheim Securities focused on beverage and packaged food stocks. Previously, he worked at Credit Suisse covering packaged food and agribusiness companies before shifting to help build the alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage research franchise. Prior to sell-side research, Clay began his career in investment banking and mergers & acquisitions across multiple sectors including financials, metals & mining, and consumer. Clay holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and a BS from Auburn University in Business Administration.
