Jim brings 12+ years of experience in both consumer and corporate communications with a focus on food & beverage, retail and restaurants, specifically with franchise brands. Jim’s diverse consumer-side work includes a wide range of successful national and regional campaigns along with robust media relations experience. On the corporate communications side, Jim’s background includes extensive C-Suite and thought leadership support, as well as crisis and issues management.
A media industry veteran, Jim works closely with his clients to hone their communications message. Jim is effective in understanding clients’ needs and combining that with creative storytelling, drives impactful results across a wide range of media disciplines.
Prior to joining ICR, Jim spent 12 years at RF|Binder, a full-service communications agency, where he worked on their consumer PR team and helped lead the agency’s media strategy practice. Jim spent the first 10 years of his career at ABC News, where he held several roles at Good Morning America.
