Lynn joined ICR’s Technology practice in 2022. She joins the firm with 20 years of experience in the technology sector, including IT consulting, sell-side equity research, investment management, and in-house corporate finance and investor relations.

After receiving her MBA, Lynn joined Lehman Brothers’ (Barclays) equity research group where she focused on data networking and wireline equipment stocks. She then served as a buy-side equity analyst with TCW’s small- and mid-cap growth team following stocks across a wide range of technology sectors including enterprise software, security, and e-commerce. Her experiences laid a meaningful foundation in investor messaging and sentiment, IPO activities, and building corporate and investor relationships.

Lynn began her career at Accenture where she implemented HRMS and CRM software for large financial services clients in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. Immediately prior to joining ICR, Lynn was responsible for FP&A and Investor Relations matters at Stamps.com, an e-commerce software company.

Lynn holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Columbia University.
