Sean serves as Managing Director within ICR’s Technology efforts. He has spent over 25 years at various financial services companies focused on or specifically within Technology solutions, which includes time covering technology stocks as a senior sell-side equity analyst in addition to domain-specific corporate work.

Prior to joining ICR, Sean founded his own consultancy, Tower Vision Consulting LLC, providing executive-level business strategy and general IR advisory since 2019. Prior to Tower Vision Consulting, Sean spent a decade and a half at Needham & Company LLC, a boutique investment bank focused on SMID-cap growth companies. At Needham, Sean was a Managing Director with specific coverage of the Technology Supply Chain (hardware and software) and Advanced Industrial Technologies. During his time at Needham, Sean participated in numerous equity raises, and he was also a top ranking Wall Street stock picker in multiple years as honored by the Wall Street Journal, Starmine, Thomson Reuters, TipRanks and others. Sean also green-fielded Needham’s Smart Grid/Energy Efficiency efforts and had been republished by Harvard Business School.

Sean also spent time within corporate roles, providing program management as well as relationship management, at Manulife Financial in addition to his time as a strategic management consultant at KPMG Consulting where he served within the Capital Markets advisory group.

Sean possesses a B.S. in Finance from Fairfield University and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
