As a member of the Growth Marketing Practice at ICR, Whit works with B2B SaaS leaders to establish GTM foundations, set strategy and execute on tactics to drive sustainable growth. With over 10 years of marketing and venture experience for high-growth technology companies, he applies both an operator and investor lens to architect companies to scale, raise their next round and exit.

As an early member of the Onsite team at Insight Partners, Whit partnered with founders & executives at over 200 portfolio companies to establish and scale the marketing function. He led marketing due diligence for over 50 investments, totaling $2.0B+ in capital deployed. He is a published thought leader on Efficient Growth Strategy, Product-Led Growth, and Community-Led Growth.

Prior to joining ICR, Whit led performance marketing for multiple B2B SaaS technology companies, including Wunderkind, MAZ Systems and Neverware. He was responsible for all facets including SEO, paid digital, email, website, events, content and agency relationships. A native New Yorker, Whit graduated cum laude with a BA from Hamilton College and with an MBA from NYU Stern.
