Joni Konstantelos

Joni Konstantelos is a Managing Director at ICR in the energy, clean tech and industrials group, with nearly 30 years of experience, including 20 years advising public companies on strategic communications that strengthen corporate reputation, build investor confidence, and support long-term shareholder value. She counsels boards of directors and executive leadership teams on investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, executive leadership transitions, crisis and issues management, shareholder engagement, and corporate transformation.

Joni has extensive experience advising industrial companies, helping management teams communicate complex strategies and financial performance with clarity and credibility across investors, analysts, employees, customers, and other key stakeholders. She also brings firsthand public company experience, having led the investor relations and corporate communications department for a publicly traded company. Combined with her background in finance, this experience enables her to help management teams effectively align corporate strategy with capital markets expectations. Joni earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University and is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI).
