Steve helps organizations strengthen investor confidence and drive value through clear, strategic disclosure, covering financials, strategic efforts, transactions, crises, and more. He delivers reporting and investor relations solutions that align communications with business strategy and market expectations while maximizing valuation. Steve guides clients in designing investor targeting programs, refining messaging through benchmarking and perception analysis, and executing high-impact capital markets events such as IPOs, investor days, and M&A activity.
Select experience includes, supporting a $12B company in its engagement with a high-profile activist investor, a Fortune 50 company navigating a significant management transition, and a large professional services organization pursuing an IPO. Additionally, Steve has supported 50+ investor days and other large-scale capital markets events across varying industries and market caps.
Prior to joining ICR, Steve has been in investor relations and capital markets advisory roles at Riveron, Clermont Partners, Gartner, and the Corporate Executive Board.
Currently, Steve is a Board Member and Chairman of the Programs Committee for the Capital Area Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
