Yogi Dhanda

As Chief Information Officer, Yogi leads ICR’s technology strategy and AI transformation, partnering with the executive team and Board to modernize the firm’s platform, infrastructure, and security as it scales. He is focused on elevating the employee technology experience, building enterprise data and analytic capabilities, and positioning the firm’s technology organization to support continued growth and M&A activity.

Yogi brings more than 15 years of enterprise technology leadership, including scaling global operating model, orchestrating enterprise systems integration, driving technology strategy initiatives that supported measurable revenue growth, cybersecurity, AI enablement, and vendor and partner management across complex, multi-entity organizations.

Prior to ICR, Yogi served as Managing Director and Global CIO at Sodali & Co, a global capital markets stakeholder advisory firm, and earlier held senior technology leadership roles at Best Western Hotels & Resorts, RPS Group, and Infosys Portland in Sydney, Australia.

Yogi holds a Master of Information Systems from Australian Graduate School of Management, University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Business Management from University of Western Sydney.
