A widely recognized leader in the convertible market, Mr. Khan brings nearly 25 years of experience advising issuers on convertible securities and structured equity derivatives transactions. Over his career Mr. Khan has helped issuers execute hundreds of equity-linked transactions, including some of the most complex and highest-profile transactions in the market.

Prior to joining ICR Capital, Mr. Khan served as Co-Head of the US Equity Linked & Financing Solutions team at Barclays Investment Bank, where he advised issuers on convertible securities, call spreads, share repurchase, and other structured equity solutions. He previously held senior roles in Convertible and Equity Derivatives Origination at Deutsche Bank.
