Faiz Khan

Faiz is a Managing Partner on ICR Capital’s Convertible & Equity Derivatives Advisory team.  He has nearly 25 years of experience advising companies on all forms of convertible financing, equity derivatives structuring, capital structure optimization, and liability management solutions.

Prior to joining ICR, Faiz was Co-head of the Equity-linked and Financing Solutions team at Barclays for 6 years, and prior to that, he spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank.  Over the course of his career, he has originated and structured hundreds of equity-linked transactions across all products, sizes, sectors, and geographies.

Faiz studied both Economics and Applied Math at Johns Hopkins University and is a CFA charter holder.  He lives in New Jersey with his wife and three teenagers.
