Robin Yang

Robin provides strategic investor relations consultation and services to all varieties of Asian companies, such as Lufax, JOYY, Vinfast, and DPC Dash. She has spent over 20 years navigating capital markets, including 7 years as a sell-side analyst, 5 years as a buy-side analyst, and 3 years as a CFO for Chinese technology companies. Since joining ICR, she has been the lead client manager on over 20 IPO and 7 SPAC transactions – one of them being the largest IPO transaction coming out of Asia in 2019-2022. 

Robin’s primary role is to bridge the communications and cultural gap between Asian issuers and the U.S. capital market. She does this by clarifying how western investors think and how they assess potential investment candidates, so clients can better package their story for those audiences. 

In her free time, Robin enjoys golfing, hiking, yoga, and dining out with friends.
