Lindsay brings nearly 20 years of experience to our capital markets advisory team, specializing in structuring equity capital market transactions, negotiating terms, and guiding execution. With her early career rooted in Capital Markets at Lehman Brothers and leading a vertical within the Equity Capital Markets group at Barclays, Lindsay offers a distinctive ability to understand our clients’ needs, navigate potential challenges, and identify opportunities in the public markets. Throughout her career, she has advised on hundreds of capital-raising transactions, across IPOs, follow-on offerings, and block trades. 

As an advisor, Lindsay is committed to providing transparent, conflict-free guidance, always prioritizing the client’s unique needs and priorities when engaging with the equity capital markets. Her extensive transaction and market expertise allows her to support clients in executing their most critical capital-raising initiatives. 

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending quality time with her family, playing ice hockey with her children, and cheering them on in all their activities.
