Marc brings over 20 years of energy-focused capital markets experience, partnering with senior executives as a sell-side analyst, investor, and corporate advisor. He specializes in crafting IR strategies for companies of all sizes in the energy, sustainability, and mobility sectors, guiding them through the energy transition. Marc excels in helping companies with a high “educational burden” tell their story effectively to the investment community. He has been involved in nearly 50 go-public transactions and has extensive experience advising on communications strategies for public and private companies during M&A and other complex transactions.
His team works with companies across the energy, sustainability, and modern mobility ecosystem, including energy infrastructure, extractive resources, energy storage, residential and industrial solar, power & utilities, alternative fuels, carbon capture, circular economy, battery technology, micro-mobility, eVTOL, electric vehicles, and EV charging.
Prior to joining ICR, Marc served as Director of Investments at Oppenheimer, co-managing an energy investment portfolio. Before that, he spent over eight years with Barclays and Lehman Brothers, rising to Vice President on the energy equity research team, which consistently ranked in the All-America Institutional Investor survey. Marc began his career as a Consultant at Deloitte.
Outside of work, Marc is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife Sarah and their two young daughters, Maya and Emma.
