Patti Bank

Leveraging her network of industry contacts and experience as an analyst, Patti provides investor relations services to clients in the life sciences. She comes from a background of 25 years on Wall Street, working as a sell-side equity analyst covering the biopharma, pharmaceutical and specialty pharmaceutical sectors. 

While at ICR, she has been integral in working with both private and public companies to successfully complete their IPOs, FOs, and strategic transactions. Patti likes to be forward-thinking and uses her sell-side background to help message and position companies to achieve their corporate objectives. By doing deep due diligence, extensive investor targeting, planning as to which investment banking conferences to attend, and which analysts to meet, Patti provides her clients with a pro-active strategic investor relations plan.  

In her free moments, Patti enjoys traveling, being outdoors and spending time with her family and two hound dogs.
