Joy is a results-driven executive coach and organizational strategist working firm-wide to foster ICR’s culture of leadership at every level.

Partnering with all areas of the business, Joy leverages her expertise in professional development, employee engagement, and communications strategy to help senior leaders, high-potential individuals, and business teams increase their effectiveness and drive growth by leading with clarity and purpose. In 2021, she launched ICR’s multi-tiered professional development initiative, creating proprietary learning experiences and providing 1:1 and group coaching to team members across the organization.

Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management of public and private companies for over 20 years, Joy has successfully coached and media trained executive teams at leading brands such as American Eagle Outfitters (AEO), e.l.f. Beauty (ELF), On Running (ONON), The RealReal (REAL), Wingstop (WING) and many more.
