Robert Spezzano

Robert (Bobby) has been ICR’s Chief Financial Officer for more than 14 years, providing us with his extensive expertise in budgeting, forecasting, board report, account operations and M&A. He works with POD leaders in creating an annual budget, quarterly reforecasts and using reporting to make the most sound business decisions. In his time here, he has played a key role in investments made by IVC (2018) and CDPQ (2021) – as well as successfully onboarded the Westwicke team as part of the late 2018, early 2019 acquisition. 

Bobby is a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoys going to games, coaching youth basketball and spending an afternoon grilling.
