Brian Denyeau

Brian is a Partner in ICR’s technology practice, where he focuses on providing strategic investor relations and capital market advisory support to companies across the enterprise software landscape. Since joining ICR in 2012, Brian has advised more than 15 clients through their IPO process and supported dozens of companies in their investor relations efforts.

Prior to joining ICR, Brian was a buy-side equity analyst at Hurley Capital.  Previously, he spent more than 6 years as a sell-side analyst covering application and infrastructure software companies at AG Edwards, CIBC World Markets and Oppenheimer & Co.  

Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing golf, spending time with friends and family and serving on the boards of two non-profit organizations.

Brian holds a BS in Economics from Fairfield University.
