Ryan provides investor relations services primarily to enterprise software companies. Having spent over a decade on Wall Street as an equity analyst (Monness Crespi & Hardt and Wedbush Securities), Ryan has comprehensive IR knowledge and industry contacts that he leverages to advance his client’s corporate messaging, financial modeling and transactions. Since joining ICR, he has advised on many IPOs, SPACs and issues where private companies are looking to explore the public markets.

Ryan helps clients evolve and optimize their investor messaging by taking a concise and steady approach, underpinned by stable execution. A huge part of his value proposition is identifying potential problems that may not have been already known.

Ryan does as much as possible with his family, friends, kids and dog in his free time, including traveling, golfing, hiking, skiing, reading and cooking.
