Caitlin is the Director of Marketing & Events at ICR, where she has been a pivotal team member for over a decade. In her role, Caitlin oversees and is dedicated to ensuring the success of the firms’ flagship event, the annual ICR Conference. A premier event that draws 2500+ of the most influential figures in the financial community and management teams of over 200 public and private companies, she thrives on working face-to-face with clients and attendees, creating memorable and impactful experiences. Her leadership in marketing has significantly contributed to the firm’s reputation and success.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and dog, attending kids sporting events, and exercising.
