Phil advises Boards of Directors and C-Suite executives of public and private corporations and private equity firms involved in M&A, hostile takeovers, proxy contests, shareholder activist defense, spin-offs, reorganizations, financial restructurings, management changes, litigation, regulatory actions and a wide range of corporate crises. Phil also advises clients on integrated financial communications and executive visibility communications programs. With over 25 years experience, he is skilled in shaping investor expectations, interpreting performance, and communicating strategy. 

During his free time Phil enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attempting to golf, playing paddle and trying to keep up with his children.
