Amber Fennell

Amber co-founded Consilium in 2013 before its acquisition by ICR in 2023 and has dedicated her career to bringing a unique strategic communications offering to the market. With a passion for innovative science and translating this into compelling equity stories, Amber has worked with leading healthcare companies on profiling campaigns, company launches, and significant sector transactions internationally. Her almost 20 years’ experience spans successful IPOs, M&A, licensing deals, and reputation management campaigns across Europe and the US.

When not working, Amber can be found running, paddle boarding or sailing with her husband and two children on a small yacht her grandfather built in the 1930s.
