Niren’s primary focus is helping growth companies raise flexible financing. He brings Tier 1 structuring expertise and problem-solving experience to complex financing transactions such as private credit, warrant liability management, equity lines of credit, and forward purchase agreements. Niren has worked with issuers across the spectrum of market capitalization and sectors. Often these deals were the first capital markets transaction for the company, landmark transactions and / or included innovative features.

Niren spends his free time coaching youth sports and trying to stay injury-free while playing middle-aged sports.
