Ashu Vats

Ashu brings over 15 years of diverse finance and growth technology experience in advising some of the world’s leading management teams, Boards of Directors, and financial sponsors through strategic capital markets activities. Ashu has spent majority of his career in investment banking and capital markets where he executed offerings and advised on transactions for a diverse client base including companies such as Uber, Pinterest, Crowdstrike, MongoDB, Toast and Enfusion.

Ashu is an advocate for clients and is focused on delivering quality guidance with the singular goal of helping them achieve their transaction and business objectives.

When not working, Ashu remains active in his community as a member of NC State’s College of Management Advisory Board and mentoring aspiring finance professionals; at home, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
