Katy Malonoski is a Senior Vice President at ICR, where she advises public and private companies on investor relations strategies, capital markets positioning, and financial communications. Katy brings over 13 years of experience across all segments of the real estate industry with a concentration in retail, net lease, office, industrial, residential, hospitality, and data centers.
Drawing on her extensive background in financial analysis and investor communications, Katy partners with executive teams to craft compelling narratives, build relationships with the investment community, support IPOs, transactions, and key strategic initiatives.
Prior to ICR, Katy was the Vice President, Head of Investor Relations at Empire State Realty Trust for three years and prior to that, spent ten years at Citi as an Equity Research Analyst covering the REIT sector. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Finance and International Business.
