Doug McDonald
Chief Administrative Officer
Doug McDonald joined ICR Capital in early 2020. He serves as the firm’s CAO / CEO dealing with contracts, compliance, and business review. He has over 35 years of experience in building companies, sales management, operations, and compliance from his years with multiple finance and banking institutions including Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and UBS.
Doug received his MBA from the University of Connecticut as well as his Undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT. He passionately volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, supporting homeownership goals for working families and the Embrace Kids Foundation, which supports children with cancer, blood disorders and other serious illnesses. Additionally, he is a Zoning Commissioner for the Borough of Newtown, CT. He splits his time between Newtown, Ct. and Jacksonville, FL with his wife, Krista. He enjoys boating and spending time with his growing family.
