John Capodanno

John Capodanno is a Partner, leading the US Healthcare Corporate Communications Practice at ICR, focused on building an integrated, holistic offering across corporate communications, investor relations and crisis management.

John has more than 25 years of experience and his diverse client experience includes global, multi-billion-dollar public pharmaceutical companies Eli Lilly, Pfizer, AbbVie, and Novartis – helping them manage issues such as redefining R&D narratives, a wide range of crises and monitoring and responding to mis/dis-information. John also has extensive experience working with emerging public and private life science companies as well as hospital systems, medical devices/technology and payors.

Over his career, John has built teams and advised companies on Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, Issues Management, Internal Communications, M&A and Restructurings. John was previously a Partner at DGA Group; prior to that that he led the Corporate Communications Practice at Real Chemistry and the Health & Life Sciences Practice for North America at FTI Consulting.
