ICR and Nasdaq Host Third Annual Advancing Women Leaders Event

Speakers & Panelists to Share Insights on Fostering Diversity and Inclusion

New York, NY – (November 10, 2020)ICR and Nasdaq today will host Advancing Women Leaders: Driving Diversity in the Boardroom, a virtual event presenting best practices and techniques for nurturing systemic diversity throughout an organization. The event will begin at 11:30 a.m. ET/ 8:30 a.m. PT and those interested can register here.

Now in its third year, the Advancing Women Leaders series presented by ICR and Nasdaq is committed to providing thought-provoking and innovative leadership tools from talented executives across industries.

This year’s symposium will feature personal experiences and insights from speakers leading the boardrooms and C-suites of prominent organizations across industries. The executives and directors from these organizations, including the Carlyle Group, e.l.f. Beauty, Equilar, Harvard University, Tractor Supply Company, and more, will share first-hand how they have forged a path to leadership at the highest levels of their organizations by uncovering opportunities for advancement, building on their skill sets and championing diversity within their organization from the top-down.

  • A fireside chat with Tarang Amin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of e.l.f. Beauty on championing diversity from the top, moderated by CNBC correspondent Contessa Brewer
  • A panel discussion on board composition and director recruitment featuring: David Chun, Founder and CEO of Equilar and Rusty O’Kelley, Co-leader of Board and CEO Advisory Practice at Russell Reynolds
  • A panel discussion on adding value through diversity featuring: Cynthia Todd Jamison, Chairman of the Board, Tractor Supply Company; Georgette Kiser, Operating Executive, The Carlyle Group; Anne Margulies, Vice President and University Chief Information Officer at Harvard University; and Charlotte Laurent-Ottomane, Executive Director, Thirty Percent Coalition

The experiences shared at the event are intended to educate and inspire attendees to make female advancement and diversity core to their organizational culture.
