Transactions have included traditional IPOs, follow-ons, direct listings and SPACs for companies across industries, including a dominant share in technology and healthcare, with its Westwicke-branded healthcare group.
In its advisory capacity, ICR Capital’s team of equity capital markets professionals continued to assist private and public companies as well as financial sponsors with independent and objective counsel.
