ICR Capital Hires Michael Goldberg as Managing Director

NEW YORK – April 5, 2022 – ICR, a leading strategic communications and advisory firm, announced today that its broker-dealer affiliate, ICR Capital, has hired Michael Goldberg as a Managing Director in its Equity Capital Markets group. Mr. Goldberg will advise corporate management teams and financial sponsors across all industry verticals on the full spectrum of public and private equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, SPACs and convertible offerings.

Mr. Goldberg has over 25 years of experience in equity and debt capital markets working on over 1,000 transactions for clients across industries. Most recently, he spent the last decade as the Global Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets and the U.S. Head of Equity Capital Markets for RBC Capital Markets. Mr. Goldberg was also a member of RBC’s U.S. Global Investment Banking Management Committee and was Chairman of RBC’s Equity Commitment Committee. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Barclays Capital and Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers.
