Denise Garcia, managing director at ICR, will participate in a panel discussion highlighting how companies should prepare ahead of an initial public offering (IPO) during the Southeast Venture Conference (SEVC) at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner, VA on Wednesday, March 16th. Now in its 10th year, the annual conference showcases emerging technology firms across several industries.
Denise will join Joseph Brantuck, vice president of NASDAQ, and Charles Soranno, managing director of Protiviti, a global business consulting and internal audit firm, in a panel entitled “The New Cool Kids: A Look Ahead to the 2016 Exit Market.” The panel will explore important areas of consideration and best practices for companies planning to go public, from both an IR and PR perspective.
