ICR Managing Partner Michael Fox to Speak on Shareholder Activism at Upcoming National Association of Corporate Directors, Conn. Event

Michael Fox, managing partner and president of ICR’s Corporate Communications Group will speak at an upcoming National Association of Corporate Directors, Connecticut Chapter (NACD-CT) event on shareholder activism. The event, titled “In The Age of Activism, Is Your Board Prepared?” will cover the growing challenges companies face from activist investors and how to navigate these sensitive situations. Michael will be joined by fellow communication, legal and financial advisors, as well as company directors that have faced the issues. The event will be held April 2 at Stamford Yacht Club.
