Rebranding ICR Healthcare

You may notice we look a little different today. We’re thrilled to unveil our new unified global identity: ICR Healthcare. This is the final unification of what’s been nearly a decade of collaboration, growth, and a shared vision for the future of healthcare communications.

We’re cementing something which has been in the works for a while. ICR has evolved to become a unique agency, providing communications advisory services at the intersection of corporate finance and corporate reputation, across all key corporate stakeholders and to companies at all stages of growth and development. We support our clients on every element of their reputational needs, from investor relations to media relations to social and digital.

Our healthcare offering reflects this. The focus on the healthcare sector was initiated when ICR acquired Westwicke Partners, North America’s leading healthcare-focused IPO advisor and investor relations firm, in 2019. Last year ICR acquired Consilium Strategic Communications, a leading international strategic healthcare communications firm headquartered in London. Our combined teams form a global healthcare strategic and financial communications powerhouse with nearly 200 clients and more than 80 team members across three continents.

The most important element of this integration is that we have shared values and cultures and our teams work well together. This has been a natural evolution for our teams. ICR Westwicke and ICR Consilium have worked well together over a period spanning nearly ten years, encompassing huge changes in the healthcare sector, and becoming good friends and aligned colleagues in the process. In the past five years that relationship has become ever closer so this feels like a very natural fit.

The brand alignment won’t affect the way you work with us. We’ve done all the hard work in the background to make sure that this is as frictionless as possible. Your client relationships won’t change and our teams will continue to maintain the high quality, hard work and attention that you are used to with the same focus on the markets that are relevant to you and your business. But our new identity signals that we are a unified network of high-quality advisers, focused on the needs of our clients around the globe while maintaining their all-important local networks and knowledge.
