Sarah Elton-Farr Joins ICR Healthcre as Partner in Europe from UBS Healthcare Banking

ICR Healthcare, a leading global strategic communications and investor relations advisory firm specializing in the healthcare sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Elton-Farr as a Partner, from April 2025.

Sarah has more than 25 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, across a broad range of disciplines including equity research, investor relations and investment banking.

She joins ICR Healthcare’s London office from UBS, where she was part of the Global Healthcare Investment Banking team, advising clients across Europe on strategy and market communications. Prior to joining UBS, Sarah was Global Head of Investor Relations at GSK plc and Shire plc, where she led investor communications across a number of major strategic announcements, including the planned separation of GSK Consumer Healthcare at GSK plc and the acquisition of Baxalta at Shire plc. Sarah has also worked as an equity research analyst, covering European Pharmaceuticals at Salomon Smith Barney and as part of the top-ranked team at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Sarah’s appointment follows the recent appointment of Stephanie Cuthbert as Senior Associate Partner, and the promotion of Jessica Hodgson to Partner. Lucy Featherstone, Lindsey Neville and Davide Salvi have also been promoted to Senior Associate Partner.
