Brian has more than 20 years of experience in financial and corporate public relations, with a focus on banking and financial services, traditional and alternative asset management, financial technology (FinTech), payments, and business & professional services. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic corporate communications and media relations programs for clients, both domestically and abroad, aimed at raising their corporate profile, protecting their brand and positioning them as industry leaders.
Throughout his career, Brian has secured prominent media coverage for clients across a wide range of industries in local, national and international business and trade media, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Financial Times, USA Today, Bloomberg, Reuters, and CNBC. Specialties include proactive executive thought leadership and visibility programs as well as management of crisis and special situations.
Prior to joining ICR, Brian spent nearly a decade with a boutique public relations firm specializing in media relations in the financial services, healthcare and technology industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
