Caitlin Burke

Caitlin is a Managing Director of Marketing & Events at ICR, where she has been a pivotal team member for over a decade. In her role, Caitlin oversees and is dedicated to ensuring the success of the firms’ flagship event, the annual ICR Conference. A premier event with year over year growth, now drawing 3000+ of the most influential figures in the financial community and management teams of over 200 public and private companies, she thrives on working face-to-face with clients and attendees, creating memorable and impactful experiences. Building off the success of the event, ICR established the Planning & Event Management team that has successfully executed 100+ events for clients from analyst & investor days, to listing days, VIP events, corporate outings and more. Her leadership in marketing has significantly contributed to the firm’s reputation and success.

In her free time, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and dog, attending kids sporting events, and exercising.
