Caldwell is a Managing Director in ICR’s Energy Investor Relations practice. His focus is on partnering with executives and companies across the energy and energy technology value chain. Prior to joining ICR in 2021, Caldwell managed investor relations at a publicly-traded oilfield services firm, where he oversaw the company’s communications strategy with the financial community. Caldwell has significant capital markets and transaction experience, including acquisitions, equity and fixed income financings and corporate structure conversions, as well as crisis communications. Caldwell began his career consulting for energy sector clients on business and regulatory strategy.
