A former business reporter, Doug brings over 25 years of experience advising public and private companies on media relations and financial communications, including M&A, IPOs/SPACs, and other special situations. He has advised Boards, CEOs and CCOs at some of the world’s leading companies, and authored articles on strategic communications and won industry awards, including PR Week’s “Campaign of the Year” for CIT Group’s IPO/spinoff from Tyco.
Having supported companies of all sizes, Doug understands how to leverage strategic communications — from research to media and social communications to creative content creation and thought leadership — to build business awareness and accelerate growth.
Doug spends his free time playing the guitar, losing at poker, discovering new Italian wines and travelling abroad, including with his wife of 28 years and two grown children.
