Edward serves as a Managing Director in the firm’s technology practice where he is responsible for capital markets advisory and investor relations. He joined ICR in 2020 with nearly 15 years of Wall Street research experience, all in the technology sector, and brings deep expertise across technology, finance, and capital markets.

Prior to joining ICR, Edward served as a Managing Director at BTIG, covering enterprise software and data infrastructure technologies. Previously, he served on the equity research teams at BMO Capital Markets, Lazard, and Cowen and Company. He started his career at Glass Lewis, a corporate governance analysis firm, based in San Francisco.

Edward holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
