Iain serves as Managing Director in ICR Capital’s Convertible & Equity Derivatives Advisory team where he focuses on advising boards and management teams on structuring and executing convertible and equity-linked financing transactions, hedging strategies and convertible liability management transactions.
Prior to joining ICR, Iain served as the Director of Capital Markets at Lucid Motors in their Global Treasury Team. During his time at Lucid he raised $4bn of growth capital and negotiated, structured and executed various regulatory credit transactions. Additionally, Iain was the Head of Convertible Capital Markets at TD Cowen and previously at Citizens JMP. Over his 20+ year career on Wall Street, he has raised $100bn+ of capital in the convertible market for clients operating in all sectors across multiple geographies.
Iain is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University, England with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance.
