Jeff Sonnek

Jeff is one of our investor relations chameleons, who can take on any challenge to provide value to clients spanning consumer brands, packaged goods, food and beverage, and agribusiness. Leveraging over 20 years of experience, including many years as an analyst and salesperson, he has been extremely successful at integrating those insights for the benefit of his clients during his tenure at ICR. Jeff has worked on countless IPOs as well as other transactions, such as strategic and transformational M&A, capital formation, and special situations. 

Jeff integrates deeply with clients to strategically plan around issues before they even become problems. He provides the framework for companies to demonstrate execution toward their strategic vision while navigating shifts in market or competitive forces. 

Jeff spends most of his free time outdoors with his family, kids and dogs, enjoying the lakes, woods and fields.
