With 25 years of experience equally divided between strategic communications and Wall Street research analysis, Joe has developed a broad understanding of the demands on both public and private companies from various vantage points. The Consumer, Retail & Digital Commerce Group, which Joe heads, is comprised of a team of equally-seasoned professionals who work with 80 leading companies.
Joe and his team benefit from a wide range of relationships and experiences. They have worked with all major investment banks on more than 30 IPOs and SPAC transactions; and in addition to transaction and investor relations advisory, Joe has leveraged his capital markets and communications background across high-profile activist situations, M&A transactions, numerous executive transitions and other special situations. Joe and team also work closely with ICR’s Corporate Communications and Public Relations teams to develop programs that elevate corporate reputations and drive long-term enterprise value.
Prior to joining ICR, Joe spent 15 years on Wall Street and 10 years as a highly-ranked senior equity research analyst. During his career, Joe has worked on a number of high-profile IPOs including Under Armor and J. Crew as a research analyst, and spanning his years at ICR on the lululemon IPO in 2007 and on Peloton in 2019.
