Nikki Sacks has been with ICR since 2006, primarily focusing on Real Estate companies, REITs and lodging companies. She has a deep understanding of this industry and the specific nuances of the sector, with experience across many asset types, such as office/industrial, lodging, retail, storage and triple net.
As a senior member of the real estate team, she has advised clients on all aspects of financial communications and capital markets strategy utilizing industry best practices, and data and strategic analysis. Her advisory work has included IPOs and secondary offerings, quarterly reporting, large transactions and strategy shifts, management transitions, and managing ongoing investor expectations.
Prior to joining ICR, Nikki was an equity research associate at Citigroup where she was a member of a top-ranked team covering media stocks. Prior to that she was with MetLife, in the corporate planning and strategy group, where she helped the company through its $4B demutualization and IPO. Nikki received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
